Please note that this support is ambidextrous, meaning that it can be worn on either the left or right knee.
How Does the Actimove KIDS Knee Support Work?
This knee brace is available in two sizes designed to fit children between the ages of six and twelve years old. To determine which size is right for your child, simply take a fabric tape measure and measure the circumference of their thigh 15cm above their patella.
Once you have this measurement, simply refer to the sizing table below. Ensure there is a slight bend to the knee during sizing, as shown below.

Sizing Tips
- If the measurement falls between a size boundary, we recommend choosing the larger size for better comfort
- The brace is meant to be compressive, if you would prefer a less tight fit, please choose a larger size
- If you do not have a flexible tape measure, use a piece of string to measure your knee and then measure it with a ruler
- If the joints are swollen, please take this into account when choosing your size
