Full Support With No Slippage
While some knee braces can migrate quite easily from the affected area, the X-Act ROM Support has been designed with a unique, tacky foam lining that provides viscous contact points between the leg and the brace. This helps reduce slippage so you get the support you need as and when you need it without having to worry about the support moving out of place.

The Donjoy Knee Brace is crafted with durable, aluminium hinges. This helps provide you with precise protection while also controlling your range of motion to a high degree. The extension settings of the support can be adjusted from -10° to 90°, while the flexion settings can be altered between -10° and 120°.
Telescope Adjustability
The proximal and distal straps can be independently adjusted by length, which enables the X-act Knee Brace to fit almost anyone. Adjustability ranges from 48cm to 63.5cm, accommodating a very wide range of patient sizes. This same telescoping mechanism also allows tailored strap placement along the leg in order to avoid the surgical site.
Swivel and Snap Action
Featuring quick-clip swivel action buckles, the Donkoy X-Act Knee Brace is remarkably easy to fit, providing the patient with a close-fitting contour that can be applied in seconds. The push clip buckles snap into place for fast application, saving the patient time and hassle.

Can the X-Act ROM Support Be Worn Over Trousers?
For the best effect, we recommend wearing the ROM Support Brace directly against your skin. It can, however, be used over lighter or thinner trousers. We do not recommend using it with trousers made of thicker materials such as denim.
Can This Brace Be Worn in the Shower?
Unfortunately this brace is not designed to get wet. If you are unable to take the brace off we recommend using a product such as the LimbO Full Leg Plaster Cast and Dressing Protector to keep it dry.
