LP Neoprene Polycentric Rehab Knee Stabiliser
Fitted with industrial polycentric hinges, the LP Neoprene Polycentric Rehab Knee Stabiliser is built to correct ligament instabilities that cause pain, discomfort and poor mobility. Adjustable flexion and extension pin-stops allow you to control the range of motion depending on your needs, and the warm neoprene fibres help sooth pain with heated compression.

Sizing Guide for the LP Polycentric Rehab Stabiliser
This Knee Stabiliser is available in four sizes to accommodate for most people. You can select your desired size by using the drop-down menu at the top of the page. To determine which size is right for you, measure the circumference of your knee around the centre of the patella with your leg fully extended.

Our Sizing Tips
- This brace is designed to be compressive and will feel tight as a result; if you would prefer less tightness, we recommend opting for a larger size
- If you do not own a flexible tape measure, use a piece of string to take your measurement, then measure the string with a ruler
- Please take into account any joint swelling before buying, as this may mean you need a larger size

Enhanced Stability
Since this Stabiliser features polycentric hinges, movement of the knee joint is limited to simple forwards and backwards movements. The pin stops provide adjustable flexion and extension, allowing for a controlled, but safe, range of motion. This design helps provide stability and support for both the medial and lateral ligaments.
Adjustable Fit
On top of such robust hinged support, the two hook-and-loop straps allow for a comfortable and customised fit. Simply pull the straps to your desired level of support and compression, then continue your day in full comfort. For extra support, a neoprene circle pad is included around the patella to provide padded protection and stabilisation.
Neoprene Heat Retention
The LP Neoprene Polycentric Rehab Stabiliser is made with the highest grade of closed-cell neoprene, covered with a stretchy nylon on either side for comfort. Neoprene is an excellent material for both compression and heat retention, making it perfect for use on supports and braces. The neoprene material retains body heat around the knee, keeping the area warm to increase blood circulation, which in turn promotes healing.
