The Ottobock Genu Immobil Vario T Knee Immobiliser Brace is designed for pre- and post-operative support for a number of injuries. The brace comes with adjustable flexion and extension stops, allowing you to control the range of motion in your knee to prevent unwanted movement that could jeopardise recovery.

The Ottobock Genu Immobiliser comes in one universal size that can fit most people. The length can be adapted to the leg using telescoping bars.

How Does the Ottobock Genu Immobil Work?

The Ottobock Genu Immobiliser works by limiting the range of motion of the knee in 10° increments, with the goal being to prevent any unwanted movement. This gives the knee space to recover, without any unnecessary aggravation slowing down the healing process.

How Do I Fit the Ottobock Genu Knee Immobiliser

Follow these instructions to correctly fit the Ottobock Immobiliser Brace.

1. Pass the thigh and calf pads around the leg and fasten using the hook-and-loop closures.
2. Position the lateral orthotic joint at the middle of the patella and secure to the pad with the hook strap.
3. Repeat the step above for the medial joint.
4. Pass the straps through the guide loops. Close the strap below the patella before the strap above the patella.
