Delivery Information

When Will My Order Be Dispatched?

For orders for products that are marked as "In Stock", we dispatch over 95% of orders on the same working day when the order is placed before 14:00. If an order is placed after 14:00, it may be sent on the same day but if not will be sent on the next working day.

If your desired product is listed as "Available", this delivery expectation may be longer. For an up-to-date estimate of delivery, please contact us at helpdesk@kneesupports.com.

When Will I Receive My Order?

Once sent, orders are normally delivered in 1 - 4 working days.

Which Courier Services Do You Use?

To ensure that our packages arrive safely and securely, we only use highly-trusted couriers such as Royal Mail and DPD.

How Much Does Delivery Cost?

For all orders over £40, UK delivery is completely free. For orders that are under the £40 threshold, a £3.95 delivery charge is applied.
