How Do The Powerstep Original Insoles Help With Knee Pain?
One of the leading causes of knee pain is improper alignment of the leg, which results in pressure being placed on areas of the knee that aren't as strong. Powerstep Original Insoles combat this by straightening the alignment of your leg from the feet up, preventing your knees from moving into painful positions.
Why Do Powerstep Insoles Curve like That?
That curvature is what cushions your foot, allowing the arch to bend and flex naturally with each step. If an insole were completely flat, you would develop incredibly painful ache in the arch area due to a lack of support for the natural curvature of the foot.
This curve helps mitigate shock and impact that are naturally generated as you walk. This prevents the knee taking the brunt of the impact, as it is the first large joint on the way up the body.
