Size Guide for the Genuextrem

To find out which size will provide you with the best support and compression, measure the circumference of your knee in the middle of the patella with your leg slightly bent. The Genuextrem Knee Support is available in six different sizes for a more personalised fit. Getting the right fit is vital for compressing the knee so it's important that you get the correct size.

Our Sizing Tips

• For measurements that fall between two sizes, we recommend choosing the next size up for greater levels of comfort
• The brace is meant to be compressive and will feel tight as a result; if you would prefer less tightness, please choose a larger size
• If you do not have a flexible tape measure, use a piece of string to measure your knee, then measure the string with a ruler
• If your joints tend to swell, please take this into account when choosing a size

For orders for products that are marked as "In Stock", we dispatch over 95% of orders on the same working day when the order is placed before 14:00. If an order is placed after 14:00, it may be sent on the same day but if not will be sent on the next working day.
