The Ultimate Performance Adjustable Knee Support with Straps is supplied in two sections, the undersleeve and the over-straps, which allow you to control the level of compression to suit your condition. For cases where only mild compression is needed, the straps can be loosened or removed altogether. Where pain is more extreme, tighten the straps for heavier compressive relief.

What Size Should I Choose?
The Ultimate Performance Ultimate Adjustable Knee Support is available in one universal size. It will fit those with a knee circumference within the range of 30 - 45cm (12" - 20").
How Do I Take My Measurements?
To make sure you are able to fit this knee brace, measure the circumference of your knees as shown in the diagram below. If your measurement is between 30 - 45cm, then this knee brace will fit.

How Do I Fit this Knee Support?
This knee support comes in two parts: the sleeve and the adjustable over-strap. To fit the knee brace correctly for maximum support, follow these steps.
- Pull the sleeve over the top of the knee so that the open patella is in line with the kneecap
- Position the adjustable over-strap on top of the sleeve, making sure the patella two holes are in line with each other
- Fasten the bottom strap underneath the knee first, then fasten the second strap above the knee
- Adjust the straps to reach the desired level of compression
