With three adjustable tension straps located in each section of the knee (above, below and middle), the AirXtend Knee Support allows tailored support to accommodate your exact needs. Tighten the brace is some areas for extra compression where needed, and loosen the brace in others for extra comfort and flexibility.

The AirXtend Knee Support is made from a unique blend of materials that offer concerted support while maintaining breathability. The combination of Airprene neoprene and Coolmax provides comfort that does not hinder the wearer's movement.

Breathable Neoprene

Neoprene is known for its heat retentive qualities, which aid in promoting blood circulation and pain relief. However, neoprene can also make supports feel stuffy and uncomfortable. Airprene is a specially made upgrade on traditional neoprene that features perforation holes to increase ventilation, providing a fresh, irritation-free feel for the skin.

Coolmax Lining

The Coolmax lining wicks perspiration away from the body to keep the skin feeling cool as can be. This removal of moisture will also help to improve hygiene, further enabling the AirXtend Knee Brace to offer relief during prolonged wear. Slimline in nature, it can be worn throughout the day underneath clothing without causing inconvenience.

Open or Closed Patella Designs

The AirXtend Knee Support is available in one size to fit most, which eliminates the need to worry about obtaining the correct measurements. It is also available in either an open or closed patella design, which each offer a different kind of support. The closed patella provides optimal compression, while the open patella helps to stabilise the kneecap.

How Do I Fit the AirXtend Knee Support?

Fitting the AirXtend Knee Brace correctly is key to ensuring optimal support and comfort. To fit the brace the right way, follow the

1. Align the patella opening over the kneecap
2. Fasten the bottom tension strap behind the knee
3. Fasten the top tension strap behind the knee
4. Secure the middle tension strap behind the knee
5. Adjust each fastening till the support is firm but comfortable
6. Make sure that the support does not restrict blood flow

When Will My Order Be Dispatched?

For orders for products that are marked as "In Stock", we dispatch over 95% of orders on the same working day when the order is placed before 14:00. If an order is placed after 14:00, it may be sent on the same day but if not will be sent on the next working day.
