- At the thigh 15cm above the mid-knee
- Around the centre of the kneecap
Once you have your measurements, use the table to find which size you need, then select it from the drop-down menu at the top of the page.
Measure the circumference at the two locations shown above
Size | Knee Circumference (cm) | Thigh Circumference (cm) |
Small | 32 - 37cm | 39 - 46cm |
Medium | 37 - 41cm | 46 - 53cm |

Our Sizing Tips
- If your knee and thigh measurements don't match up, we recommend choosing the larger size for greater comfort

How Does The Arexa ACL Knee Brace Work?
Developed by doctors, the Arexa ACL Knee Brace is designed to restrict the range of motion, preventing undesirable movements from causing harm. This helps you stay active without risking any further damage to the knee, enabling you to build up strength while restoring mobility and coordination.
How Comfortable is the Genu Arexa Knee Brace?
As something you'll wear for long periods everyday, comfort is essential. Built with a self-adapting plastic shell, the brace moulds to the shape of your leg for an optimised fit. Soft condyle padding stops the brace from digging into your leg, and is made from plush material for a smooth feel for the skin.
Can I Wear The Ottobock Arexa Brace At Night?
The whole idea behind the Genu Arexa Knee Brace is to restrict motion in order to give the knee opportunity to heal. During sleep, we have less control of our movements, so wearing this knee brace overnight will ensure the knee maintains its healing position despite all the twisting and turning. Don't worry though, the malleable plastic and soft inner padding make sure you'll still get a good nights sleep.
