Designed to provide anyone with the knee support that they need during sport, this Thermoskin Knee Support is available in two sizes to match your needs. To determine your size, measure the circumference of your knee across the centre of the kneecap (as shown), find your size using the table, then select if from the drop-down at the top of the page.

• This brace is designed to give a tight, compressive fit; if you would prefer less tightness, please choose a larger size
• If you do not own a flexible tape measure, use a piece of string to take your measurement, then measure the string with a ruler
• Please take into account any joint swelling before buying, as this could mean you need a larger brace

Knee Shield Buttress

Designed to provide optimal support for your knee during sports, this support from Thermoskin has a special shield buttress that stabilises the knee during use. This buttress helps to support the knee by holding it in place, thus protecting you and your knee from further injury. 

How Do I Fit the Knee Support?

To properly fit the Thermoskin Sports Adjustable Knee Support, follow these instructions:

1. Keep your leg straight and position the support so that the patella cut-out is over the knee cap and the sew-in label is at the top
2. Wrap the single strap behind the knee and attach it next to the patella cut-out
3. Wrap the lower strap behind the upper calf, attaching it just below the knee cap, in line with the lower section of the main body
4. Wrap the upper strap behind the lower hamstring and attach above the knee cap
5. Re-adjust the tightness on the middle strap to your comfort

Please note that this product is not intended for use within the first 72 hours following an acute injury. This product also contains synthetic fibre which may cause allergic reaction.

When Will My Order Be Dispatched?

For orders for products that are marked as "In Stock", we dispatch over 95% of orders on the same working day when the order is placed before 14:00. If an order is placed after 14:00, it may be sent on the same day but if not will be sent on the next working day.

How Much Does Delivery Cost?

For all orders over £40, UK delivery is completely free. For orders that are under the £40 threshold, a £3.95 delivery charge is applied.
